Schools:  Workshops for students

We conduct Mind Mapping and effective learning workshops at schools to show students how to learn smarter, not harder. 

Our schools program can be conducted as a series of short workshops or one off workshops depending on the outcomes established with the school. 

Material presented will be adjusted according to age group.

The full program will show students how to:

• Read and create Mind Maps
• Organise thoughts clearly
• Study and review effectively
• Remember better
• Take and make effective notes
• Remove mental blocks
• Set learning outcomes
• Be in a peak state for learning
• Transform learning into a fun activity
• Generate beliefs that will improve students performance

Teachers use a range of ‘concept maps’ to provide their students with techniques to support them in their studies. Kathleen‘s session on Mind Mapping showed that there is more available from a Mind Map than simply a few branches radiating from a central word. The students were shown how the mind responds best to colour and visual cues. Aha, so that’s how it’s done!
